How does the Ranking work?

Arena Points System explained in a simple way

📊 What are Arena Points?

It's a number that indicates your competitive level. The higher it is, the better your position in the ranking.

Everyone starts with 1200 points

When you join a new season, you start with 1200 points. From there, your points go up when you win and go down when you lose.

🎯 How do points go up and down?

✅ When you win

• You add between +15 and +35 points
• Beating someone with more points than you gives you more points

❌ When you lose

• You subtract between -10 and -25 points
• Losing against someone with fewer points takes away more points

🤝 In case of a draw

• Small change: between ±5 points depending on the opponent

In addition to the match result, you can earn extra points:

Example 1: You win against someone at your level

Situation: You have 1200 pts, your opponent has 1200 pts

• Victory: +15 pts
• You got 3 tens: +1.2 pts
• You got 2 nines: +0.4 pts
• Participation bonus: +3 pts

Total: 1200 → 1220 pts

Example 2: You lose against someone better than you

Situation: You have 1200 pts, your opponent has 1400 pts

• Defeat: -12 pts (it's normal to lose against someone better)
• You got 1 ten: +0.4 pts
• Participation bonus: +3 pts

Total: 1200 → 1191 pts (you only lose 9 points)

Example 3: You win against someone much better

Situation: You have 1200 pts, your opponent has 1500 pts

• Epic victory: +28 pts (great reward!)
• You got 4 tens: +1.6 pts
• You got 3 nines: +0.6 pts
• Participation bonus: +3 pts

Total: 1200 → 1233 pts 🎉

🏆 Competitive leagues

According to your Arena Points, you belong to one of these leagues:

💎 Diamond

• 1300+ points
• The elite. Only the best archers get here.

🥇 Gold

• 1220-1299 points
• Experienced players with high performance.

🥈 Silver

• 1180-1219 points
• Most active players. Competitive level.

🥉 Bronze

• < 1180 points
• In development. Keep practicing and improving!

💡 Note: Leagues are purely visual and do not affect matchmaking. You can challenge any player regardless of their league.

🔄 Why this system?

✅ It's fair

It doesn't matter how many matches you play, what matters is your real level. Beating the best is worth more than beating beginners.

✅ It doesn't penalize losing

Even if you lose, you add points for participating and for your tens/nines. There's always something positive.

✅ It rewards quality

It's not enough to play a lot. Tens and nines count, so shoot well.

✅ Dynamic ranking

Nobody stays stuck. You can always climb positions by challenging and winning.

What happens if I draw many times?
Draws give small changes (±5 pts). You keep adding points for participation and for your tens/nines.

Can I go below 1200 points?
Yes, it's possible. But with the participation bonus (+3) and the tens/nines bonuses, it's hard to drop much.

Do points reset each season?
Yes. Each new season starts from scratch. Everyone goes back to 1200 points. It's your chance to start fresh.

How do I climb the ranking faster?
Challenge players with more points than you and win. Also, shoot accurately to accumulate tens and nines.
